This follows an assessment by the PCO Association of Colin's qualifications, professional standards and experience in the Conference and Events industry. Flexibility: the remote system will enable us to work anywhere in the world and access ongoing registrations and data of our events without compromising service and security. It also provides us with a secure offsite backup of our system and still provides superior SSL and 128 bit encryption protection of delegate information. Shenzhen, China. ACE recently had the opportunity to manage 650+ delegates and 100 Exhiibitors at a conference in Shenzhen, an amazing city located just across the border from Hong Kong. Shenzhen offers an excellent alternative to Hong Kong (only 1 hour away) for conferences. We worked at the superb InterContinental Shenzhen Hotel that has fantastic meeting space and luxury accommodation at half the cost of a comparable hotel in Hong Kong. Hong Kong airport is only 40 minutes away and Shenzhen International Airport is serviced daily with direct flights from many Asian cities. Overall a great option for conference and incentive groups. On the domestic scene, we recently were guests of the Sunshine Coast Convention Bureau for a 4 day inspection of hotels, offsite venues, restaurants and team building options. The development in this region is very impressive and there are many options available for quality conferencing or incentive groups. |
